Lepidolite Ganesha Statue | Hand Carved Lavender Mica Hindu Elephant Deity | Calming Altar Decor | 3.17” h x 2” w

A hand-carved Lepidolite Ganesha statue in that gorgeous lavender-pink-purple color with the signature mica shimmer this stone is known for. We love how the layered structure of Lepidolite makes carved details catch light differently from every angle - some sections lean more lavender, others more dusty pink, and the mica gives the whole piece a subtle natural glow.

About Ganesha: in Hindu tradition, Ganesha is the elephant-headed deity known as the Remover of Obstacles and the Lord of New Beginnings. He's called upon at the start of new ventures, journeys, or transitions. Widely used in altars and meditation spaces regardless of religious tradition as a symbol of wisdom, prosperity, and clearing obstacles.

Geology of Lepidolite: a member of the mica family, naturally rich in lithium (the same element used in mood-stabilizing medications). The purple-pink color comes from manganese. Forms in lithium-rich granite pegmatites alongside pink tourmaline and kunzite. Mohs hardness 2.5 to 3.5 - much softer than quartz, so handle gently and skip water cleansing.

In crystal traditions, Lepidolite is called the Stone of Transition or the Peace Stone, said to support emotional balance, calm, and stress relief during major life changes. So a Lepidolite Ganesha combines the calming/transition energy of the stone with the new-beginnings symbolism of the deity - a popular piece for altars during major life shifts, recovery work, or anxiety-focused practices.

Heads up: Lepidolite is softer than most carving stones, so handle with care. Display on a stable surface where it won't get bumped around.
