All shipping will be sent through USPS and will be sent with a tracking number. If you would like to purchase insurance for an additional fee, please add it to the cart at checkout. Cyan Moon Crystals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event of damaged packaging, the purchaser will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping agent.
