Refund policy
Please note that our items are made from nature and do have natural occurring imperfections, cracks and chips. We do not list any items that are considered damaged or broken.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within five (5) days of receipt of your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no damage, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at cyanmooncrystals@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders), or returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you may receive:
1) Store credit for a future purchase within 6 months of original purchase date.
2) Refund to your original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee.
We do not accept order cancellations.
