Green Aventurine Tumbled Stone | Stone of Opportunity Crystal | Lucky Heart Chakra Pocket Stone
Green Aventurine Tumbled Stone | Stone of Opportunity Crystal | Lucky Heart Chakra Pocket Stone
Green Aventurine tumbles in that lovely soft sage-to-mint green color with subtle silvery shimmer. We love how the natural fuchsite inclusions (those green mica flecks) create that gentle sparkle - it's called aventurescence, and it's why this stone got its name in the first place.
The geology: Green Aventurine is a translucent quartz with chrome-rich fuchsite mica inclusions that give it both the green color and the shimmery sheen. Aventurine has been used by humans for over 2.5 million years - the earliest known tools made from it were found at archaeological sites in Ethiopia. Most market supply comes from India today, which is why it's sometimes called Indian Jade (though it's not actually jade).
What you'll get:

- Polished smooth, comfortable to carry
- Approximately 1 to 1.5 inches
- Mohs hardness 7
In crystal traditions, Green Aventurine is famously known as the Stone of Opportunity and is said to be one of the luckiest crystals - traditionally tied to abundance, prosperity, and good fortune in any situation where chance plays a role: job interviews, first dates, competitions, even tax audits. It's most often associated with the heart chakra in chakra work and is described in lore as a stone for emotional balance, connection to nature, and manifesting opportunities.
Fun fact: the name comes from the Italian "a ventura" meaning "by chance" - because the aventurescent shimmer effect was discovered by accident in 18th century Italy. Pretty fitting for a stone said to bring lucky breaks.
